Check-in for both hotels is from 15:00, with check-out time at 12:00. Times may vary according to accommodation packages -please check prior to booking. Is parking lot available?
Yes. At KIRORO Resort, there are 1900 outdoor parking spots available at no cost. The paid undercover parking area is available for 1000 JPY/ day for hotel guests.
Can I stay in the same room with a different accommodation plan each day?
If the room or hotel type is the same, you can stay in the same room with a different accommodation plan. Please enquiry for more details to reservation center and inform the hotel staff if you have booked two different plans over different days.
Are humidifiers available?
Yes, humidifier and air-conditioner is installed for all rooms and suites.
Is there any place to put up our luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. We provide coin lockers for our guest’s use. Please inquire at the front reception desk.
Are there non-smoking rooms available?
Yes. Both The Kiroro, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Hokkaido and Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort are non-smoking hotels. There are no-smoking rooms, but we provide a special 24 hours open smoking spaces, which our clients can use on their convenience.
Is there access to the internet in the rooms?
The Kiroro, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Hokkaido Wi-Fi connection is available in the public space except Kiroro Town. ・Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort and Mountain center Wi-Fi connection is available in the public space except underground locker rooms. Depending on the computer settings, some guests may not be able to connect to the Internet. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any trouble or damage caused to hardware or applications as a result of using the Internet.
Can I do the laundry during the stay?
Yes. There is a “Coin-operated Laundromat” available on the 3rd floor of [Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort] and the 4th floor of [The Kiroro, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Hokkaido]. Separate dry-cleaning service is also available. Please inquire at the reception desk.
Is it possible to send skis and luggage prior to check-in?
Yes. Guests who made the reservation can send their luggage to KIRORO Resort in advance. For guests who use our winter season luggage delivery service, please confirm with [The Kiroro, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Hokkaido] or [Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort’s Delivery Counter] to which hotel should it be addressed to. Are there ATMs nearby?
Unfortunately, there aren’t. The nearest ATM is 23km away in Otaru City, so we advise our guests to make sure they have enough cash before arriving at KIRORO. All major credit cards can be used, as well as QUICPay debit cards.
Is there a hot spring in Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort?
There is a japanese style public bath on the 2nd floor called Tokiwa-yu. It is free for guests staying in the hotel.
Are there any options for dinner?
The Kiroro, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Hokkaido: There are restaurants providing a wide range of cuisines, such as Italian food, Japanese food, Barbeque type or Buffet style. We have two restaurants were they accept the seat reservation – Japanese restaurant “Fuga”, serving traditional Japanese cuisine such as sushi and sashimi, and “Yanshu” where you can make your own barbeque with our finest products (inside the restaurant you have the grill in every table, which let you enjoy the meal with the whole family). All the other restaurants such as Italian Restaurant “Alla Moda” or Japanese style food Restaurant “Shunsai” do not require any reservation. You can call the restaurant directly from your room or ask the reception to make it for you. Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort :There are 3 restaurants in the hotel called Rivierouge, Jura and Lumiere. They are operating differently according to the season. For further information please ask the reception staff.

Is there room service or night meal?
In Kiroro Resort room service and night meals are not provided.
Can I take a meal in the hotel without reservation even if it is not included in my reservation plan?
Yes. In that case you need to pay after the meal at the counter or you can ask for a room charge and pay it out at the check-out time.
Is there a shop like convenience store?
There are 3 shops in The Kiroro, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Hokkaido Area, 1 shop in Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort and 1 shop in Mountain Center. Most of them are selling goods similar to those available in convenience stores.
